Une entreprise d'assistance internationale recherche des agents pour un poste nécessitant une forte orientation client et des compétences linguistiques. • Collaboration avec les centres d'assistance mondiaux.

Description du poste

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Telephone reception, support and advice for travelers and expatriates in difficulty during international travel.
• Setting up the logistical aspects of evacuations and repatriations, in collaboration with medical and safety experts.
• Documentation of interventions on the various dedicated platforms.
• Monitoring the financial and contractual aspects of assistance cases.
• Collaboration with our worldwide assistance centers to organize assistance and/or logistical arrangements.
• On a voluntary basis, occasional back‑up missions to our assistance centers in Nouméa, Milan, Madrid and Mauritius.

Conditions

• 35‑hour permanent contract.
• Working hours between 07:30 and 22:30, on rotating shifts.
• Remuneration: 2250 Euros gross per month *13.5 months + statutory supplements.

About you

• With a minimum of 2 years higher education, fluent in English and French. Italian, Spanish or Portuguese as a third language would be highly appreciated.
• Initial experience in customer service and comfortable using IT tools and media.
• Organized, rigorous and able to adapt to changing situations.
• Appetite for teamwork, sense of empathy and sensitivity to the needs of others.
