The European Investment Bank seeks an Associate Internal Communications Specialist to support PJ communications, content, events and intranet updates from its Luxembourg headquarters. The role reports to the PJ Internal Communications Officer and requires collaboration with multiple PJ departments.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate communications, strong English and French skills, and proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. A 3-year contract with relocation support is offered.

Qualificações

• University degree or equivalent to a Bachelor in Communications or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications.
• Experience in writing, audiovisual, marketing communications, events, or campaigns.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills with multiple internal audiences and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and French, with the other language as a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Identify communication needs and develop PJ audience solutions.
• Source topics and stories for internal PJ communications.
• Create high‑quality content for PJ communications pipeline.
• Support events per PJ guidelines.
• Prepare presentations according to PJ guidelines.
• Maintain PJ intranet pages and ensure branding compliance.
• Contribute to PJ procedures aligned with Bank policies.
• Support awareness sessions and training on internal communication topics.
