Job summary

Accor is seeking an Internal Communications & Community Engagement Apprentice to join the Group Global Communications team at its Issy-les-Moulineaux HQ. You will help shape global internal communications, craft content, manage community channels and support employee advocacy programs.

You will work on editorial planning, newsletter production, and project coordination across stakeholders, while developing skills in corporate communications and engagement strategies in a dynamic hospitality

Qualifications

Master/MBA in communications, business or hospitality with final-year/business school experience.
First experience or apprenticeship in corporate communications or a agency.
Fluent in French and English; able to write clearly for internal audiences.

Responsibilities

Shape and deliver global internal communications initiatives with editorial thinking.
Assist in community engagement strategies and improve channels.
Create content and curate visuals for internal communications assets.
Support employee advocacy programs and ambassador networks.
Coordinate projects across stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
Produce internal newsletters and monitor KPIs for readership.
