Job summary

CMA CGM AIR CARGO offers an internship as Flight Operations Engineer focusing on fuel efficiency and emissions reporting. You will support ongoing fuel-saving initiatives and help evolve our emissions metrics, working within the Flight Operations Engineering group in Marseille.

You will contribute to inflight optimization projects, employ calculation tools, and participate in reporting procedures, while gaining exposure to global air cargo operations and sustainability initiatives.

Qualifications

• Aspiring aeronautical engineer with interest in sustainable development and emissions reduction.
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive and dynamic with good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fuel efficiency initiatives and integrate inflight optimization applications.
• Conduct fuel efficiency studies using performance analysis software.
• Improve policies on additional fuel on board.
• Identify and promote fuel efficiency best practices and implement them.
• Monitor emissions reporting and establish SAF accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with the Group on emissions-related communication.
