Qualifications

• Knowledge of AutoCAD & SketchUp required.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
• English B2/C1 and German B2/C1 is an advantage.

Main duties and responsibilities

Determination of room function and organisation requirements, preparation of sketches, drafts and plans.
Planning and design for conversions and renovations (e.g.: customer's showrooms, in-house exhibitions, etc.)
Drawing of exhibition areas (trade fair & showrooms)
Collaboration in trade fair organisation, planning and implementation, renovations
Coordination of trade fair plan and exhibitions with the marketing team
Coordination of construction and dismantling (exhibition stands)
Ensuring sample production prototyping and sample management
Processing and tracking of sample shipments
Responsible for project documentation and tracking
Support design drafts graphics, online marketing (invitations, postings, videos, etc.)
Preparation and follow-up of PowerPoint presentations (project presentations, company presentations, sales presentations, etc.)
Administrative activities (correspondence)

Requirements

AutoCAD & SketchUp knowledge
Good knowledge of MS Office
Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop)
English B2/C1 spoken and written
German B2/C1 is an advantage
Initial professional experience in the wood-based materials industry or related industries in a similar role
Knowledge of interior materials and their characteristics
Ability to work independently
