Laplace in Paris is seeking an experienced interior architect to join our team on high-end residential architectural and interior projects.

The candidate should have six to eight years of professional experience, hold an EU passport, and be based in Paris or ready to relocate. Fluent English is mandatory, with proficiency in French; Spanish is an advantage. Previous UK experience would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and clearly present strong architectural concepts.
• Produce construction details, architectural plans, schedules, specifications and other documents for contractors.
• Track project changes and communicate with contractors and consultants.
• Assist project teams on high-end residential and interior design projects.
• Collaborate with team to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

Laplace is seeking an interior architect to join its team in Paris.

Laplace is seeking a motivated, talented and ambitious interior architect with a minimum of six years’ of professional experience to work in its Paris office on high-end residential architectural and interior projects.

Candidates will assist our project teams in our high-end architectural and interior design projects and should be excellent team players.

Profile:

• brings a distinctive design vision with a flair for creativity and innovation
• is passionate about architecture and interior architecture, with a thoughtful and sensitive approach to design
• has a strong understanding of contemporary art
• has demonstrated experience on high-end residential projects and/or museums
• is able to develop and clearly present strong architectural concepts
• shows a keen interest in architectural detailing, interior fit-outs and bespoke furniture, with a desire to keep learning
• is highly proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino and Enscape
• is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office for graphic visualizations and final presentations
• produces construction details, architectural plans, schedules, specifications and other documents for contractors and trades
• can track project changes and communicate effectively with contractors and consultants
• is confident, organized, detail-oriented and proactive
• demonstrates strong technical and presentation skills
• is diligent and rigorous, prioritizes effectively and manages their time well
