Jobtailor in France is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to structure content with SMEs and design engaging digital training programs. You will deliver e-learning modules featuring videos, quizzes, and interactive scenarios and integrate them into the Moodle LMS.

Joining this role requires a degree in instructional design or related fields, 2–5 years of experience, and strong skills in authoring tools like ActivePresenter, Rise, and Articulate Storyline. Collaboration is key.

Qualifications

Degree or training in instructional design, educational sciences, or an equivalent field.
2 to 5 years of experience designing digital training, ideally in a technical environment
Strong command of e-learning authoring tools and LMS platforms (Moodle, etc.)
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
Ability to structure information clearly and accessibly
User-focused mindset
Enjoys collaborative work and open communication

Responsabilités

Coordinate subject-matter experts to structure and write content
Lead scoping and educational follow-up meetings with stakeholders
Design e-learning programs featuring videos, quizzes, and interactive scenarios
Use authoring tools such as ActivePresenter, Rise, and Articulate Storyline
Integrate modules into the Moodle LMS
Measure training impact through completion rates, feedback, and questionnaires
Transform complex expertise into clear, effective, and engaging learning experiences
