Joining Crisis24 means contributing to a global mission that helps clients understand evolving risks, anticipate emerging threats, and make informed decisions in an increasingly complex world.

Who We Are Looking For

Crisis24, a GardaWorld company, is seeking an experienced and motivated Middle East and Africa Intelligence Analyst to join our team in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the political, security, and geopolitical dynamics shaping the Middle East and Africa, with the ability to translate complex regional developments into clear, forward-looking intelligence assessments and actionable forecasts for a global client base. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with excellent research and writing skills, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly to both specialist and non-specialist audiences. The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, responding to time-sensitive client requirements, and operating effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment. Fluency in both English and French is essential, alongside the flexibility to work shifts and adapt to changing operational priorities.

What You Will Work On
  • Serve as a regional subject‑matter expert on political, geopolitical, security, and operational risks across the Middle East and Africa
  • Monitor and analyse regional developments, emerging threats, and geopolitical trends to identify potential risks, warning indicators, and their implications for clients
  • Produce high‑quality intelligence products, including rapid analytical notes, in‑depth strategic assessments, long‑form forecasts, and forward‑looking geopolitical analysis
  • Assess medium-and long‑term geopolitical trajectories, potential escalation scenarios, and the likely second-and third‑order effects of regional developments
  • Evaluate the potential impact of political and security developments on client operations, investments, business continuity, and personnel safety
  • Develop and deliver tailored intelligence briefings for clients and internal stakeholders, communicating complex issues, likely scenarios, and strategic implications
  • Respond to time-sensitive client inquiries and intelligence requirements with clear, evidence‑based analytical judgments and relevant regional context
  • Conduct comprehensive open‑source intelligence (OSINT) and other research, evaluating source credibility, information reliability, and the validity of reporting
  • Ensure all intelligence products are accurate, well‑sourced, concise, professionally written, and supported by sound analytical reasoning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to support Crisis24's intelligence, risk management, and client advisory services
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the manager
Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with Crisis24's intelligence analyst teams, global operations centres, and internal stakeholders to monitor regional developments and deliver timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence. The role also involves regular engagement with clients and other stakeholders through written assessments, verbal briefings, and responses to specific intelligence requirements. You will collaborate with colleagues across the business to ensure that geopolitical insights are translated into practical advice that supports client decision‑making, risk mitigation, and operational resilience. As part of a global organisation operating 24/7/365, you will contribute to a collaborative, fast‑paced environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and sound analytical judgment are essential.

What You Will Bring
