Exyte is seeking a Commissioning Integration lead in Aix-en-Provence, France. You will join the Quality & Commissioning team, leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills to oversee the commissioning process across various disciplines. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, have strong organizational and communication skills, and be fluent in both English and French. The position involves coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Coordination, Administration, or related field.
• Initial experience in project coordination, construction, commissioning support, or industrial environments is a plus.
• Basic understanding of commissioning processes and multidisciplinary project environments.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with multiple stakeholders and site teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management/tracking tools.
• Fluency in English and French (B2 min.).
• Structured, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Support the coordination of integrated commissioning activities between mechanical, electrical, and I&C disciplines.
• Assist in tracking commissioning progress, system readiness, testing status, and project milestones.
• Develop and coordinate test procedures.
• Assist in the preparation, consolidation, and follow-up of commissioning documentation, reports, schedules, and system trackers.
• Maintain and update action logs, punch lists, interface trackers, and commissioning progress reports.
• Support the organization of coordination meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow-up of open actions.
• Assist in ensuring proper document control, filing, and compliance with project quality and EHS requirements.
• Support site coordination activities and follow-up of interfaces between different commissioning teams and construction activities.
