A leading cybersecurity company is seeking an Inside Systems Engineer (ISE) in Paris. The ISE will collaborate closely with the SE and Sales team, supporting the sales organization in both pre-sales and post-sales technical matters. Responsibilities include qualifying technical sales leads, being the primary technical resource during sales calls, and ensuring customers receive necessary post-sales training. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with strong networking and technical skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical/pre-sales support as a sales or systems engineer.
• Strong understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP.
• Knowledge of Network Security and Intrusion Detection.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource on sales calls.
• Provide post-sales training to identified customers.

Connaissances

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Understanding of DNS

Networking applications knowledge

Experience with encryption technologies

Formation

Bachelors Degree or equivalent
