A leading cybersecurity firm is seeking an Inside Systems Engineer (ISE) to support the sales team in technical matters. The role involves assisting with pre-sales, leading technical discussions during sales calls, and providing post-sales training to customers. Candidates should have a strong background in technical support, networking technologies, and excellent communication skills in English. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for a graduate degree.

Responsabilités

• Assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
• Be the main technical resource during sales calls.
• Provide post-sales training assistance to customers.

Connaissances

Technical/pre-sales support experience

LAN/WAN/Internet services administration

Understanding of DNS, NFS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP

Networking technologies (Routing, Switching, VPN)

Network Security principles

Encryption and authentication technologies

Excellent spoken and written English

Formation

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Graduate degree preferred
