Inside Regional Account Manager – Public Sector

We are currently seeking a dynamic Inside Regional Account Manager – Public Sector to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business in France.


You will act as the key Account Manager for public sector accounts, operating from our Paris office, with a focus on municipalities, départements, regional authorities, and other public institutions.


As an Inside Regional Account Manager, you will:


  • Drive direct sales into a territory of public sector accounts, focusing on local government and institutional organizations.

  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve goals and exceed quota responsibilities.

  • Maximise Fortinet’s opportunity while providing value‑added cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions that strengthen public services.

  • Serve as the lead contact for your assigned accounts, ensuring trusted and transparent communication.

  • Collaborate with the field Account Manager to identify and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to public sector priorities.

  • Build strong relationships with key decision‑makers, influencers, and strategic partners across public institutions.

  • Maintain a high‑quality pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting.

  • Manage opportunities and pipeline activity via Salesforce.

  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.


We Are Looking For


  • 2+ years in an Inside Sales or hybrid role, ideally with public sector exposure.

  • Background in networking, cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders in government and public institutions.

  • Self‑motivation, adaptability, and comfort working in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
