VINCI Concessions recherche un stagiaire ingénieux pour soutenir son initiative INNOVATE Challenge à Nanterre sur 4 à 6 mois. Vous analyserez les tendances technologiques émergentes, participerez à l’organisation d’ateliers et contribuerez au développement de solutions IA.

Profil: Master en Innovation ou Gestion des Technologies, esprit entrepreneurial, capacité à animer des ateliers et à travailler en équipe, avec une excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais.

Qualifications

• Master en Innovation ou gestion des technologies.
• Bonnes capacités d’animation d’ateliers et de facilitation de groupes.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Responsabilités

• Veiller à l’analyse des tendances et à la veille sur les technologies et les usages.
• Contribuer au INNOVATE Challenge et faciliter des ateliers avec les parties prenantes.
• Explorer et développer des solutions pilot AI (POC) pour répondre à des enjeux métiers.

The mission

VINCI Concessions is seeking an innovation project officer to support the INNOVATE Challenge we are launching in September, in line with our Innovation Centers of Excellence and support one POC.

Main Missions

• Trend Analysis:
  • Conduct ongoing watch and analysis of emerging trends in technology, business, and societal changes.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to guide innovation strategies and projects.
• Contribute to the INNOVATE Challenge:
  • Contribute with the Head of Open Innovation to facilitate emerging solutions within the INNOVATE Challenge.
  • Organize and facilitate hands‑on workshops
• POC Project Development:
  • Explore and implement AI‑driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.

The Expected Profile

• Autonomous, creative, interested in VINCI Concessions' businesses, innovation and new technologies.
• Entrepreneurial, curious and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Master's degree in Innovation or Technologies Management.
• Excellent organizational and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for driving change and exploring new ideas.
• Ability to speak publicly and value VINCI Concessions Innovation activities.
