EQIOM, A CRH Company seeks an experienced leader to run the R&D and innovation program from ideation through industrial launch and commercialization. Based in the iCSC innovation center, Lille, you will align with strategic priorities for low-carbon cementitious materials and manage the entire project portfolio.

• Lead an R&D and innovation program from ideation to commercialization.
• Oversee projects across all phases; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain techno-economic models and business cases.

Responsabilités

• Program leadership across multiple projects using the CRH Innovation Delivery process.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams in R&D, engineering, production, finance, marketing, sales and procurement.
• Oversee R&D activities, lab and pilot testing, and industrial-scale validation.
• Develop ROI, sensitivity analyses, and deployment scenarios.
