emlyon business school invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Innovation Management at the Assistant/Associate Professor level, to begin in September 2027. The candidate should have a strong research profile and be able to publish in top-tier journals, contributing to the school’s international visibility.

The role includes research with the InvEnt Research Centre, teaching across undergraduate and master programs on the Lyon campus, and collaboration with industry.

Qualifications

• PhD in Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship or related discipline.
• Proven publication record in top-tier journals.
• Ability to supervise doctoral students and collaborate on funded research projects.
• Interest in pedagogical innovation and program development.
• Willingness to relocate to Lyon and work in an international environment.
• Fluency in English; French skills not required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct cutting-edge research in Innovation Management.
• Develop and deliver action-based learning experiences connected to industry.
• Teach across undergraduate, graduate, and master programs (Lyon campus and possibly other sites).
• Collaborate with the InvEnt Research Centre and external partners.
• Contribute to institutional service and program development.
