Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is recruiting an Injection Technician for a night-shift position at its manufacturing facility in L’Arbresle, France. The site produces disposable hemodialysis products, including dialyzers and fibers, bibags and acid concentrates, using injection molding and other manufacturing technologies.

The technician will use SAP and GMAO to record production results and intervene in presses, molds and packaging machines while maintaining quality, safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• BTS/BAC Pro in Plastics and Composites, or professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in plastic injection molding.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the injection process for each press to ensure quality, safety and productivity.
• Adjust and control production parameters and machines during production.
• Diagnose machine faults and perform first-level maintenance.
• Check conformity of first parts before production starts.
• Clean molds, restart production and manage start/stop of the workshop.
• Record results using SAP and GMAO software and propose improvements.

Job Description

Fresenius Medical Care is recruiting an Injection Technician for a night-shift position at its manufacturing facility in L’Arbresle, France. The site produces disposable hemodialysis products, including dialyzers and fibers, bibags and acid concentrates, using injection molding and other manufacturing technologies.

Reporting to the team leader, the Injection Technician will maintain the injection process for each press to ensure the required quality, safety and productivity. Responsibilities include adjusting and controlling production parameters, adjusting machines during production, diagnosing machine faults, and carrying out first-level maintenance. The role also involves checking the conformity of first parts before production starts, cleaning molds, restarting production, starting and stopping the workshop, and starting up machines.

The technician will use OEE, SAP and GMAO software to record production results, material consumption and interventions involving presses, molds and packaging machines. The position also includes proposing technical improvements and replacing the team leader when required.

Candidates should hold a BTS/BAC Pro in Plastics and Composites or have at least three years of professional experience in plastic injection molding in an equivalent role.
