Une entreprise technologique recherche un Ingénieur méthodes et industrialisation H/F à Toulouse. Le candidat idéal a un BAC+5 en ingénierie et 3 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie, de préférence dans le secteur aéronautique. Les responsabilités incluent la gestion des non-conformités et la rédaction de fiches de fabrication. Des connaissances en CATIA et en anglais sont requises.

Qualifications

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience dans un secteur industriel, idéalement aéronautique.
• Capacité à travailler en mode projet.
• Connaissances des processus de fabrication et de gestion de projet.

Responsabilités

• Gérer les non-conformités (NC).
• Suivre les activités d'innovation en méthodes.
• Rédiger des instructions et des fiches de fabrication.
• Gérer intégralement les fichiers FAI.
• Rédiger des gammes de fabrication.
• Valider le DVI PPAP.
• Participer aux processus d'amélioration continue.

The Consulting & Solutions division of Akkodis France is strengthening its teams in the Toulouse region and is recruiting a H/F methods and industrialization engineer on a permanent contract in Toulouse. You will join a team in the aerospace sector.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing non-conformities (NC)
• Monitoring innovation activities in methods
• Writing instruction and manufacturing sheets
• Managing FAI files in their entirety (launch, monitoring, and control)
• Writing manufacturing ranges
• Validating DVI PPAP
• Participating in continuous improvement processes

Candidate profile

With a BAC+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering, you have at least 3 years of experience in an industrial sector, ideally aerospace.

Your ability to work in project mode and your adaptability are assets for this position.

You are curious, autonomous, and responsive. Your dynamism and communication skills will make a difference. You have knowledge of manufacturing processes, project management, and continuous improvement in the industrial sector.

Knowledge of CATIA V5, V6 software is highly recommended, as well as tools like MySQL, VBA Excel, Skywise, and the Microsoft Office suite.
