Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, cloud, AI, systems & networks, or data & AI.
Interest in IT process automation and cloud environments (Azure preferred).
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

Designing and developing automation solutions for IT engineering, reporting, and compliance.
Exploring Generative AI use cases to support engineering teams.
Developing intelligent assistants for incident analysis and recurring issues.
Creating dashboards to measure productivity gains and operational performance.
Documenting technical solutions, user guides, and best practices.
Researching emerging cloud, AI, and automation technologies.
