Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Work Package Manager Industrialisation for an in-situ/onsite hybrid role in Sorgues, France. The contract is 12 months with 4 days on site and 1 day remote, focusing on coordinating multiple work packages across an expanding industrial capacity project.

You will drive schedule control, budget follow-up, risk management, and delivery oversight across construction, manufacturing, testing, and handover activities, working with internal stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing industrial projects through execution, delivery, and acceptance phases.
• Experience coordinating multiple work packages within a complex project environment.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, contractors, and equipment suppliers.
• Experience monitoring project schedules against reference plans and tracking project expenditure against budget.
• Experience preparing and coordinating construction, manufacturing, and testing activities including FAT and SAT.
• Experience identifying, managing, and tracking technical, organisational, and safety-related reservations in the field.
• Experience supporting tender processes, technical evaluation of proposals, and contractor selection.
• Experience managing project interfaces and technical deviations during execution.
