The role involves defining production roadmaps, managing equipment procurement, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Description du poste

As part of its ambition to decarbonise air mobility, H3 Dynamics is looking for an Industrialisation Manager to lead and participate in the industrialisation of H3 Dynamics’ line of fuel cell products, to ensure a seamless transition to serial production while maintaining performance, cost, and reliability targets.

About the Role

Define and implement the roadmap for industrialising PEM fuel cell production.

Design production layout, material flow, and process optimisation strategies.

Select, procure, and commission manufacturing equipment and tooling.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality controls.

Support the selection and implementation of PLM and MES solutions for process automation.

Lead process validation and pilot production campaigns.

Collaborate with R&D to ensure DFM (design for manufacturability) principles are applied.

Manage CAPEX planning and budgeting for the industrialisation phase.

Build and lead the operations team during ramp-up.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Engineering degree, Master of Science or Advanced Master with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Significant experience of between 5-10 years in industrialisation in heavy industries.

Proven track record in setting up or scaling up production lines for complex, multi-component systems

Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Strong project management and cross-functional leadership skills

Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset

Knowledge and experience with fuel cells is a plus.

Highly motivated and autonomous profile, strong communications skills, and willing to propose own ideas.

High level of written and spoken English mandatory. French or other languages would be a bonus.

High level of responsibility and flexibility in ways of working.
