Qualifications

• Bachelor/engineer degree required with strong technical background.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a technico-commercial engineer or similar role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Identify and prospect new clients within targeted sectors.
• Understand client technical needs and propose suitable solutions from our product range (pumps, agitators, etc.).
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical/production teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events.
• Produce sales activity reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
