Duties and Responsibilities

You will be in charge, from Opportunity Review (GR0) till End of Life (GR4) of the product industrialization, within the Quality, cost and Delays targets defined by the Product Manager, at the beginning of the project :

• Developing manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure efficient operations
• Communicating with engineering staff to determine possible design changes to improve efficiency or manufacturability
• Reviewing and conducting production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met and work is progressing steadily
• Overseeing the development of products from concept to production by communicating with clients, reviewing designs, overseeing engineering plans, and ensuring that all materials are available for production
• Organizing and overseeing the implementation of new production methods or processes to improve quality and secure the mass production.

Education level & general experience

• 5 years minimum in a similar position
• Experience in Industrial Project Management
• Degree in Manufacturing
• Experienced in circuit boards and electromechanical products
• Fluent in English
• ERP knowledge (SAP is a must)
