Thales in La Ferté-Saint-Aubin, France, is seeking an engineer to analyze production processes, lead improvements, and support the integration of EN9100 standards within the APRU. The role requires a Bac+5 engineering degree, production-management experience, and a strong Lean background.

You will collaborate across workshops, Process Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to drive measurable quality gains.

Qualifications

  • Preparing an engineering degree or equivalent Bac+5 (generalist or industrial engineering).
  • Experience in production management.
  • Knowledge of Lean tools.
  • Mechanical and hydraulic background.
  • Project leadership and cross-functional team management skills.
  • Attention to detail, synthesis ability, organization, and good interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

  • Analyze the process for managing evolution changes and propose improvement actions to control quality.
  • Identify, analyze, and implement enhancements and modernization of measurement tools.
  • Contribute to the implementation of EN9100 (focus on FOD and special process application).
  • Support the team in handling technical matters and Non‑Quality issues using problem‑solving methods.
