Dioxycle is seeking a Process Development Engineer to help transition from R&D to industrial piloting and early commercial deployment. The role involves modeling, optimization, and collaboration with suppliers to validate technologies for our carbon-utilization platform.

You will work closely with the principal process engineer to translate research into robust industrial designs and contribute to pilot campaigns, bringing an operations mindset to drive scalable, practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of industrial process engineering experience.
• Experience with Aspen Plus for simulation and optimization.
• Hands-on pilot or skid-scale work is a plus.
• Strong English communication in a technical binôme.

Responsabilités

• Simulate, model, and optimize process flowsheets for design and de-risking.
• Benchmark candidate technologies and engage with suppliers.
• Oversee external technical studies and pilots.
• Contribute hands-on to pilot/skid-scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with lead process engineer to implement industrial designs.
• Test process choices against real plant constraints.
