OneTech, a division of TotalEnergies, is seeking a senior OT/IT engineering leader to accelerate digital transformation across E&P, R&C and GRP sites.

You will guide OT/IT engineering with DCS vendors, ensure cybersecurity and integration of digital solutions such as APC and RTDO into industrial systems, and mentor teams. The role requires 10–15 years in automation, English fluency; French is a plus, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree (MSc/BSc/BEng) with 10–15 years of experience in automation, digitalization, instrumentation and control & safety systems.
• Knowledge of Oil & Gas, offshore or onshore; renewables experience is a plus.
• Leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to coordinate activities between multiple teams; problem-solving orientation and listening skills.
• Proficiency in English is required. French is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide an independent and informed vision on complex technical subjects, identifying the most appropriate solutions.
• Participate in OT choices ensuring technical compliance and integration of Digital products and solutions such as APC and RTDO into industrial systems.
• Lead the OT/IT engineering with DCS vendors, knowing key players among them.
• Coordinate the department Strategic Research & Technology Program with multiple stakeholders (OneTech lines, external partners, EPC contractors, sites, procurement).
• Coordinate OT modifications with site branches and green field projects.
• Define validation criteria and review technical documents, challenge integrators and partners on engineering quality and implementation.
• Share knowledge by mentoring and delivering training sessions and contribute to the qualification and deployment of new technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain the technical reference framework up to date within areas of expertise, considering obsolescence and cybersecurity.
