ThrustMe in Verrières-le-Buisson, Île-de-France, is seeking an IT & Cybersecurity Manager to build secure, scalable IT infrastructure that supports rapid growth across procurement, inventory, production, testing and quality. You will own IT security, lead the deployment of a new industrial site, and connect ERP/MRP, MES, PLM/PDM with production systems, enabling end-to-end traceability.

This role requires experience in industrial environments and bilingual French/English, with hands-on

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or information systems.

Responsabilités

Define and implement ThrustMe's IT & Cybersecurity roadmap.
Own cybersecurity and IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud and on-premise systems, identity and access management, endpoints, backups, disaster recovery, network segmentation and IT/OT security.
Lead the IT infrastructure deployment of our new industrial site, covering corporate, R&D, laboratory and production environments and their secure interconnection.
Develop ThrustMe's industrial information-system architecture, connecting ERP/MRP, inventory, production, PLM/PDM, testing, quality and other business systems to enable reliable workflows and end-to-end product traceability.
Build and manage the IT function, managing external IT and cybersecurity providers, establishing governance and security practices, and developing internal capabilities.
