  • Proven experience (≥ 5 years) in selling industrial automation solutions.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the industrial automation and digitalization market.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and business plan development.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (>50% of the time).

Territory: Grand-Est, Bourgogne Franche-Comté, Nord

Your Responsibilities

Join ABB and actively contribute to the industrial transformation toward a more sustainable and digital future. As an Indirect Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic development of our partner network in key markets.

  • Drive and grow indirect sales through a network of partners (system integrators, OEMs, distributors).
  • Implement the Channel Partners strategy and identify the most relevant partners across sectors (energy, chemical, food & beverage, environmental, pharmaceutical industries).
  • Negotiate commercial offers and regional framework agreements, while monitoring business plans and performance objectives.
  • Prospect new partners and strengthen existing relationships through targeted promotional, training, and communication initiatives. You will actively monitor your territory to identify growth opportunities.
Profile Sought
  • Proven experience (≥ 5 years) in selling industrial automation solutions, either directly or through integrators.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the industrial automation and digitalization market.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, partner account management, and business plan development. Proactive mindset, negotiation acumen, autonomy.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (>50% of the time).
