HSBC is recruiting for an RM Inbound to manage a portfolio of Commercial Banking ISB and Global Banking MNC customers across Europe, ensuring service delivery, risk management and operational excellence.

You will collaborate with Global Relationship Managers to address client needs across Credit & Lending, Cash management and Global Trade and Receivables Finance, while maintaining strong relationships and high service quality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a client‑facing banking role.
• Strong business acumen with awareness of economic, regulatory, and cultural factors.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Credit risk assessment experience is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Maintain high standards of client relationships and deliver superior service.
• Collaborate with Global Relationship Managers to ensure seamless service in Europe.
• Monitor credit risk and prepare risk and compliance documentation.
• Identify and escalate issues using HSBC standards and policies.
• Support client queries regarding products and services with suitable specialists.
