A fast-growing immigration law firm is seeking a dedicated attorney to represent clients in Immigration Court and USCIS interviews. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual expert with a JD and at least two years of experience in family-based immigration. Offering a competitive salary range of $100K–$125K, full benefits, and a supportive culture focused on client advocacy and employee growth. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in family-based immigration.

Responsabilités

  • Represent clients in Immigration Court and USCIS interviews.
  • Draft and file petitions, motions, legal briefs, and supporting documents.
  • Conduct consultations and convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality filings.
  • Supervise aspects of casework and help mentor junior team members.
  • Participate in community outreach and pro bono events.

Connaissances

Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
Strong writing, research, and client communication skills
Highly organized and emotionally intelligent

Formation

JD and licensed to practice law in any U.S. state

What You’ll Do

✅ Represent clients in Immigration Court and USCIS interviews

✅ Draft and file petitions, motions, legal briefs, and supporting documents

✅ Conduct consultations and convert leads into long-term clients

✅ Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure high-quality filings

✅ Supervise aspects of casework and help mentor junior team members

What You Bring

✔️ JD and licensed to practice law in any U.S. state
