Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Imaging Design Execution Excellence team. You will ensure the success of sensor development from architecture through manufacturing release, define and improve design processes, and contribute to deployment of ST policies.

You will lead governance of design milestones, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and bring leadership, strategic thinking, and a quality mindset to the role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in electronics, microelectronics, SoC design, software design or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of product development experience across multiple disciplines.
• Strong command of the Office 365 suite; professional English.
• Strong listening, synthesis, and rigor; service mindset and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Support technical leaders and project teams in applying methods and processes.
• Monitor design activity through KPIs.
• Contribute to digitalization of engineering activities.
• Foster sharing of best practices and cross-functional alignment among teams.
