Arm is hiring at Sophia Antipolis for a hybrid role combining hands-on technical delivery and broader improvement initiatives. You will own site technical operations, manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS and access systems, and contribute to standardized preventive maintenance across multiple locations.

You will drive continuous improvements, maintain accurate asset documentation, and act as the main point of contact for technical incidents while coordinating with external vendors and service

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and maintenance processes.
• Ability to resolve issues independently.

Responsabilités

• Site Technical Ownership (Sophia).
• Oversee day-to-day technical operations across building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS, access).
• Deliver and improve maintenance activities to enhance prevention.
• Serve as the primary contact for technical issues and incidents.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain asset records, documentation and compliance.
