L-Acoustics in France is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design loudspeakers and accessories for professional sound reinforcement. You will lead design activities, consolidate specifications, and plan milestones in collaboration with Product Design and Acoustics Engineering teams.

The role includes prototype development, qualification testing, sizing calculations, FEA simulations, and cross-functional support to Manufacturing, Quality, Documentation, and Software teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
• Strong proficiency in FEA and mechanical design principles.

Responsabilités

• Design loudspeakers and accessories for professional sound reinforcement systems.
• Consolidate specifications and develop project schedules, milestones, and risk plans.
• Prepare products for industrialization; participate in FMEA/DFMEA and prototype testing.
