Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a passionate High Intensity CBT Therapist to join the Talking Therapies service. The role focuses on delivering NICE-guided CBT to adults with anxiety and depression within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

This hybrid position requires in-person work in North and East Cornwall bases with some remote work, regular supervision, and access to ongoing professional development. The closing date is 28 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Experience working in mental health settings with anxiety and depression.
• Ability to meet service targets by managing own caseload.
• Ability to make judgments involving complex facts or situations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high intensity, NICE-guided CBT.
• Undertake comprehensive assessments and tailor treatment plans.
• Provide consultation on psychological care to non-CBT colleagues and carers.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development.
