Abbeal seeks a real full-stack lead who codes on both frontend and backend, with strong React and Java in recent projects. You will own the technical vision, drive architecture decisions, and mentor two developers.

The role combines hands-on development in React and Spring Boot with leadership across cross-functional teams in a learning platform project. Based in La Défense/Paris area, the role offers 3 days on site per week and remote work the rest, with freelance or permanent options.

Qualifications

• 8 to 10+ years in web development
• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
• Expert React and expert Java with recent Spring Boot experience
• TypeScript and CI/CD using Git/Jenkins, hands-on use of coding assistants (Copilot, Claude)
• Nice to have: micro front-ends, Tanstack, learning domain, xAPI or LMS APIs

Responsabilités

• Own the technical vision of the product: architecture, performance, maintainability
• Drive the structuring technical choices and scope the MVP with the PO
• Code in React and Java / Spring Boot as a hands-on lead
• Identify and manage technical debt
• Grow the two developers on the team
