Job summary

Another Tomorrow in Paris HQ is seeking an Ecommerce Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Shopify storefront and drive digital performance in a hybrid role.

You will own product launches, seasonal campaigns, and KPI analysis with GA4, Klaviyo, and merchandising optimization, reporting to the Head of Digital. English fluency required; French is a plus, and in-person collaboration is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in ecommerce/ecommerce operations.
• Shopify admin and merchandising experience.
• Klaviyo campaigns, segmentation, and flows.
• GA4 analytics and ecommerce reporting.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Shopify storefront operations.
• Launch product drops, campaigns, and activations.
• Track ecommerce KPIs and report trends.
• Improve conversion through UX, navigation, and filtering.
• Create campaigns in Klaviyo and manage audiences.
• Collaborate with paid media, dev, creative, and ops teams.
• Help shape the ecommerce roadmap and site enhancements.
