Job summary

Coty is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern for a 6-month program starting July 2026 in Paris. You will gain exposure to the global digital ecosystem and work across E-retail, media, and advocacy to support content production and asset management.

The role involves collaborating with the IM and Advocacy teams and multiple departments to deliver brand-consistent activations while learning the end-to-end consumer journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in digital marketing, strategy or communications.
• Initial experience in digital environments and e-commerce fundamentals.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; ability to synthesize data.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital toolkits for E-retail, media, and advocacy.
• Study the consumer e-commerce journey and conduct market watch and audits.
• Support digital content production by coordinating with internal teams and agencies.
• Draft launch toolkits: e-retail and social media briefs and guidelines for retailers.
• Manage digital assets, rights, uploads, and expirations.
• Collaborate with 360° teams to deliver consistent activations and a seamless consumer experience.
• Analyze the digital/e-commerce journey and extract key learnings.
