Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Project & Service Office Manager in France to lead project execution and tendering for High Voltage and Medium Voltage initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery, supervise local operations and chifffing teams, and contribute to business growth by managing offers and opportunities.

• Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Significant experience in project management and tendering.
• Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead project execution and ensure delivery in line with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements.
• Pilot and support tendering activities and bid preparations for new opportunities.
• Manage a multidisciplinary project/offer team and develop capabilities.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; coordinate with Sales, BD, and Engineering teams.
• Oversee risks, budgets, schedules, and contract obligations; drive continuous improvement.
