A fast-scaling health-tech company in Paris is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to lead their People function. This role offers the chance to shape the HR processes from the ground up, driving recruitment, culture initiatives, and compliance. Ideal candidates should have experience in HR or People Ops, a strong knowledge of French labor laws, and fluency in both French and English.   • Be the trusted partner to leadership and the go‑to person for the team
What You Bring
  • HR / People Ops / Recruitment experience in startup, tech, MedTech, pharma or regulated sectors
  • Strength in recruitment, people ops - or ideally both
  • Strong knowledge of French labor law
  • Organised, autonomous, solutions‑focused
  • Fluent in French & English
  • A builder mindset with the ambition to grow into a full‑stack HR leader
