• Build scalable HR processes across ops, payroll, contracts & compliance
• Drive employer branding and a standout candidate experience
• Launch onboarding / offboarding that actually works
• Own performance, development, and culture initiatives
• Be the trusted partner to leadership and the go‑to person for the team

What You Bring

• HR / People Ops / Recruitment experience in startup, tech, MedTech, pharma or regulated sectors
• Strength in recruitment, people ops - or ideally both
• Strong knowledge of French labor law
• Organised, autonomous, solutions‑focused
• Fluent in French & English
• A builder mindset with the ambition to grow into a full‑stack HR leader
