About the Role

The role involves managing recruitment, compliance, administration, and business processes to ensure smooth operations and adequate talent supply for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Recruitment Management
  • Develop overseas recruitment channels, drive recruitment implementation, and organize interviews, evaluations, and salary negotiations to ensure adequate talent supply for the company.
  • Compliant Employment Management
  • Manage employee labor contract signing and administration, employee information management, attendance and leave tracking, payroll calculation and distribution, and performance management.
  • Fulfill statutory routine reporting of human resources-related data.
  • Assist expatriate employees with local mandatory employment registrations and residence permit applications.
  • Maintain relationships with HR service agencies, identify daily employment risks, and ensure compliant employment practices.
  • Administrative Management
  • Oversee company office leasing and usage management, including office supplies, mail, documentation, and office insurance.
  • Handle front desk reception and arrange corporate client visits.
  • Manage company vehicles.
  • Assist expatriate employees with daily administrative and logistical support, such as apartment rental, SIM card procurement, etc.
  • Business Management
  • Organize and process business-related invoices and reimbursements.
  • Assist in organizing marketing activities, managing the company website monthly, and tracking vehicle import customs clearance, modification, and delivery follow-ups.
