Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Pilar

Purpose of the role

Manage and control the strategic and operational management of human resources of the Organization, in order to ensure the integration, development and retention of qualified personnel to achieve the objectives of the Company, ensuring the normal development of relations between the management of the company and union representatives, and also ensuring the full availability of all the personnel in their work posts.

Responsibilities
  • Negotiate working conditions with trade unions that are represented in the Company and ensure the availability of unionized personnel throughout the enterprise level, achieving the required flexibility based on continuous changes in the organization and an employment relationship allowing operations.
  • Manage programs and compensation systems, promoting innovations in this area continuously; ensure the attraction and retention of human resources and guarantee the cost‑benefit balance for the Company.
  • Manage and supervise personnel management activities, including wage settlements, discipline, and management reports; ensure information carriers, control systems, personnel documentation, monitoring, and treatment of operating costs are aligned with company policy and legal regulations.
  • Manage internal communication activities, ensuring compliance with internal rules, maintaining a good climate, and communicating corporate messages to all people in the right time and shape aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Manage people development and succession planning, provide necessary tools for HR decisions, ensure a consistent approach, and replace key positions.
  • Manage policies and training programs, ensuring the Group’s strategy for skill and competency development is aligned with organizational goals.
  • Participate actively in activities with top management involving business and labor relations, organizational changes, etc.; anticipate and correct deviations, decide on development and implementation of business needs.
  • Maintain commitment to comply with policies, procedures, norms, and instructions established in the Integrated Management System.
  • Coach managers and supervisors on personnel situations; maintain credible relationships to foster high morale, low employee turnover, and high productivity.
Competencies
  • Ability to lead and influence the plant leadership team, driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Hands‑On Approach: Comfortable working directly on the shop floor, connecting with employees at all levels and understanding their needs.
  • Skilled in managing and driving change within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions and buy‑in from all stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish to effectively convey HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify issues, develop solutions, and implement them effectively.
  • Understanding of local labor laws, cultural nuances, and business practices in Argentina.
  • Ability to foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Capability to develop and implement long‑term HR strategies that support the overall business objectives.
