A leading student housing company is looking for an experienced HSE Manager for Northern Europe, focusing on health, safety, and environmental compliance. This role involves defining HSE strategies, leading policy development, and enhancing safety culture across multiple sites, including France. Candidates need a relevant degree, HSE qualification, and proven experience in health & safety roles, with fluency in French and English. The job requires frequent travel across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in H&S roles within PBSA, residential property, or facilities management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proven experience conducting audits and risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Define and deliver the North EU HSE strategy and goals.
• Lead the development of HSE policies and compliance frameworks.
• Monitor and analyse HSE performance data.
