The Infor HR Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to functional leadership and provides oversight for HR operations within one or more countries. This role drives business success by integrating Koch’s Principle Based Management (PBM) principles into people strategies and delivering tailored HR solutions that support functional goals and local compliance. The HRBP balances deep understanding of the global functional HR agenda with responsiveness to country-specific needs, ensuring alignment with Koch’s culture and capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Functional HR Partnership
  • Collaborate closely with functional leaders to understand business strategy, workforce needs, and culture.
  • Provide expert HR advice on talent acquisition, workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
  • Drive performance management processes that enable continuous feedback, development, and alignment with business goals.
  • Lead initiatives on learning and development aligned to functional capability gaps and growth plans.
  • Facilitate change management efforts within the function to support transformation and operational efficiency.
Country Oversight
  • Oversee HR practices and compliance in assigned countries, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and regulations.
  • Partner with local HR Advisors to ensure consistent application of global HR policies with local adaptation when required.
  • Support employee relations and engagement efforts within country operations, fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to mitigate risks related to employment regulations and workforce changes.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics at the country level, providing insights to functional leaders and global HR.
  • Responsibilities related to the Works Council (CSE):
  • Manage and maintain strong relations with the CSE and employee representatives.
  • Organize and co-lead meetings together with the CSE President, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Negotiate and implement collective agreements with social partners while fostering a constructive social climate.
  • Prepare mandatory reports and documentation.
Strategic Influence & Collaboration
  • · Act as a key liaison between global HR Centers of Excellence and country operational teams to drive integrated HR services.
  • · Champion Koch’s PBM principles by promoting principled entrepreneurship, decision rights, and value creation through people.
  • · Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems (including Infor HCM), and employee experience, in conjunction with the HRSS team
  • · Support communication and deployment of HR initiatives at the functional and country levels.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Strong progressive HR experience in a business partner or advisory role, ideally within a multinational, matrix environment.
  • Strong knowledge of functional HR disciplines and local labor laws in relevant countries.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships with leaders, CSE members and employees at all levels.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Infor HCM, and data-driven HR decision making.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English and French.
