A global luxury fashion brand based in Paris seeks an HR Systems Manager to optimize HR systems and develop analytical solutions. The ideal candidate should possess at least 5 years of HRIS management experience and a Master's degree. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, system administration, and reporting on employee metrics. Within the HR Department, your role is to :
Reporting to the Group HR Director, you interact daily with the HR community, as well as Top management and external partners. You are comfortable with both operational tasks and project‑based work, and you support transformation in organizations.
