Your role

As part of the Global HR team for Scent & Care, you will play a key role in supporting the Global HRBP and coordinating strategic HR initiatives that support the business transformation and organizational goals.

Reporting directly to the Global HRBP Scent & Care, you ensure the effective monitoring and delivery of key HR projects and processes across the division.

Key Responsibilities
HR Performance Analytics & Insights
  • Conduct analyses on workforce planning, performance, talent and engagement to support HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain HR data and performance dashboards for the segment.
  • Prepare materials, reports and presentations for senior HR and business leadership (HR performance reviews, people plans, organization updates...).
HR Project Follow up
  • Support the Global Scent & Care HRBP Lead in planning, executing and tracking HR strategic projects (organization design, workforce planning, talent strategy, M&A, integration...).
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment between HR Centers of Expertise, HRBPs and business leaders.
  • Build and maintain project dashboards, reports and governance tools to track progress and impact.
Strategic HR Support
  • Act as a key coordination point for the deployment of core HR processes within the segment (Performance, Compensation, Talent Reviews, Workforce Planning, budget...) with the support of the CoE.
  • Participate in designing the HR priorities and roadmap for Scent & Care.
  • Provide methodological and analytical support to HRBPs and contribute to building a strong HR operating model within the segment.
About you
Skills & Experience
  • Master in HR, Business Management or related field.
  • A first successful experience in HR, HR consulting or HR project management in an international, matrix environment.
  • Fluent English mandatory, French / German a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methods and tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills; comfortable working with HR data and KPIs.Expert level on Excel and PowerPoint (Power BI or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work transversally and influence without authority.
  • Curious, structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
