A leading healthcare service provider is looking for an HR Shared Service Quality Assurance Senior Specialist to ensure high-quality HR service delivery across channels. Candidates must be fluent in French, Italian, and English, with strong analytical skills. The role involves conducting audits, evaluating services, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of HR experience and a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, along with quality assurance experience in shared services.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years’ experience in HR operations or shared service roles in a global environment.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or auditing within a shared services environment.
  • Certification in quality management or process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) is a plus.

Responsabilités

  • Conduct regular quality assurance audits of HR services.
  • Evaluate service delivery against established standards.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality.
  • Deliver QA training sessions and workshops.
