A leading tech company based in Paris is seeking an experienced HR Legal Counsel to support its HR operations. You'll handle legal questions related to hiring, onboarding, and employment relationships, and will manage HR legal documentation and collective labor relations. With at least 5 years in Legal HR, you possess strong communication skills in both French and English, alongside being autonomous and organized. Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of four teams: HR, Legal, M&A, and Finance, working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
We’re looking for a HR Legal Counsel from March 2026 to July 2026.
Support the HR Ops team on a daily basis on their legal questions relating to hiring, onboarding, immigration processes, employment relationships, management of performance, offboarding
Review HR legal documentation including employment contract, amendments, termination paperwork, etc.
Take the lead on discussions or negotiations that may have legal implications
Support VP HR in management of collective labor relations with employee representatives
You have at least 5 years of experience in Legal HR
You have solid legal skills and reasoning
You are autonomous, organized and structured
You demonstrate adaptability, reactivity and pragmatism
You have outstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills in French and English
You want to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
