As the HR Lead, you will oversee and drive all aspects of the People function from talent acquisition to employee engagement and organisational development. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring that HR strategies and initiatives support the company’s culture, goals, and growth ambitions. This is both a strategic and hands‑on role, requiring a strong operational understanding of HR processes and an ability to influence at all levels.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Develop and implement the company’s HR strategy aligned with business objectives.
Partner with leadership to define workforce planning, headcount priorities, and organisational structure.
Drive a culture of performance, inclusion, and engagement across all teams.
Lead HR initiatives that support scalability, efficiency, and talent retention.
Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for all departments, ensuring a strong candidate experience.
Build and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent in key markets.
Partner with Marketing and Leadership to enhance employer branding efforts.
Track hiring KPIs and optimise recruitment processes through data insights.
Oversee HR policies, contracts, and compliance with local labour laws.
Participate in budget reviews, benefits administration, and employee documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding and off‑boarding processes with a focus on employee experience.
Maintain accurate HRIS data and lead HR reporting and analytics.
Drive performance management cycles, including goal‑setting, feedback, and reviews.
Design and implement learning and development programmes to enhance employee growth.
Partner with managers to identify skills gaps and succession planning opportunities.
Champion initiatives to foster collaboration, recognition, and well‑being.
Conduct regular engagement surveys and translate insights into actionable plans.
Serve as a trusted advisor for employee relations, resolving issues with empathy and fairness.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally in a SaaS company.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Proven experience in scaling HR operations in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Fluent in French & English; additional languages are a plus.
