Job summary

LOEWE in Paris is seeking an HR Intern to support our intern and apprentice population from recruitment through onboarding and follow-up throughout their journey within the Maison.

You will also contribute to the coordination of the Paris onboarding experience for all new joiners, working closely with HR teams and managers.

Qualifications

• Higher education in HR, Business or related field.
• A first experience in HR or recruitment is appreciated.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills, rigour and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy and a proactive mindset.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Fluent in French and English.
• An internship agreement issued by your educational institution is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment and follow-up of interns and apprentices, in close collaboration with hiring managers.
• Coordinate arrivals, onboarding and key milestones, while maintaining a clear overview of ongoing recruitments, end dates and upcoming needs.
• Contribute to school relations and the continuous improvement of processes and tools dedicated to interns and apprentices.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for all Paris HQ new joiners and help ensure a smooth and consistent integration experience.
• Support the HR team on Talent Acquisition, internal mobility, HR projects, reporting and process improvement.

HR Intern
