ABOUT CATALINA

Catalina Marketing France SAS, affiliated with Catalina Marketing Corporation, is shopper intelligence and targeted media. With a real‑time shopper database and AI‑optimised data science, Catalina enables retailers, CPG brands and agencies to optimise every stage of media planning, execution and measurement.

OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for an HR Executive to join a 5‑person team in Boulogne‑Billancourt (Marcel Sembat). In this role you will manage full‑cycle recruitment, onboarding, and training for support functions, contribute to employer branding, and help strengthen the employee experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage a portfolio of support‑function recruitment (CDI, CDD, apprenticeships/internships) from brief to closure: job posting, sourcing, pre‑qualification, interviewing, and process follow‑up.
  • Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and employer‑branding initiatives.
  • Facilitate the unique onboarding experience for new Catalinians: organise events, manage invitations, and coordinate room bookings.
  • Administer training relationships: liaise with providers, enter and monitor files, handle registrations, agreements, invoices, and manage training in ADP.
  • Coordinate and monitor training: send invitations, manage bookings, handle attendance sheets, etc.
  • Execute other complementary tasks as required and as your interests align.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources or a proven track record in similar roles, with strong knowledge of recruitment and training fundamentals.
  • Reliable, creative, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Curious, organised, and motivated to learn new topics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and recruitment tools (CV databases, social networks, etc.).
  • Working fluently in French and English.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Location: Boulogne‑Billancourt (Marcel Sembat)
  • Contract: Permanent (CDI)
  • Remote work: Up to 3 days per week
