A globally established automotive brand is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a 12-month FTC in Paris or Milan. This role requires supporting France and the SPI region while providing strategic HR solutions aligned with business goals. Candidates should have solid HR experience, preferably within international markets, and fluency in English and French, Spanish, or Italian. We are recruiting for an HR Business Partner to join a globally established and iconic automotive brand on a 12 month FTC. This role can either be based in Paris or Milan and you'll only be required into the office 2-3 times per month.
The HR Business Partner will support France and the SPI region (Spain, Portugal, Italy), acting as the primary HR contact for business leaders on day-to-day people matters. The role focuses on delivering strategic and operational HR solutions that align workforce capabilities with business goals. You'll also work collaboratively, to provide support of organisational programs for performance management, rewards & recognition, employee development and staffing.
